After the boats are all in storage and the temperature continues to drop, you might think that lake life is over for the season, but not in Wisconsin. The town of Lake Geneva comes alive as snow sculptors from across the country compete in the U.S. National Snow Sculpting Championship. Spread all across the lakefront are teams of sculptors working for days to bring these larger-than-life works of art to fruition. This event sponsored by VISIT Lake Geneva, Travel Wisconsin and the City of Lake Geneva organize winter-inspired events in local businesses throughout the town and at all the major hotels.
